Cheryl has joined the team to lead our Monday & Thursday evening classes. Cheryl started on her own fitness journey about 2.5 years ago, losing 98lbs herself. She is an ISSA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She enjoys a variety of activities including Kickboxing & Zumba; however, her true love is powerlifting, and will be attending her first sanctioned meet on November 18th, 2018! She loves helping women (and men) realize just how strong they actually are and believes that you can still be a girly girl and a total badass.
