Some may say, he's the best trainer they've had.  If you've ever had the pleasure of working out alongside Brian, you will know exactly why.  

Brian has a passion for fun fitness!  He brings an energy to class that not many can duplicate.  He will make you work hard and test your abilities,  while he shows you his amazing karaoke skills and dance moves.  Keep a close eye on him during class, you may even get a sneak peek at some of his Magic Mike skills.  He loves ol' school hip-hop, 90's alternative, and good old country music.  You will be guaranteed to enjoy his array of playlists.

In all seriousness though, Brian will work hard with you to help you achieve your goals.  His non-judgmental supportive approach will make you feel like you've known him your whole life.  Struggling with his weigh since before he can remember, he has tried almost every specialized eating plan and exercise program.   He has found that when fitness is fun, he is most successful.  

For the past six years,  Brian has worked out in and also trained many lovely clients at several different facilities here in Nanaimo.  Over the last year, Brian has successfully coached and trained two intakes of Nanaimo's Biggest Loser and led with the 1st place winner each time.  He is 110% dedicated to your success!  He is an ISSA Certified Group Fitness Trainer and has just recently received his ISSA Bodybuilding certification.

He is a family man above all, with a wife and two boys at home.  When he is not working you will find him attending music festivals and concerts, watching hockey or football, and camping

B-Fit Bootcamp & Structured Meal Plans?  

At B-Fit, we will not structure a meal plan for you.  There are many reasons for this.  First off, we are not certified Nutritionists.  We do have an abundance of information regarding food and eating plans but we are not promoting meal plans as our main focus.  At B-Fit, we believe that each and every one of you have enough knowledge to know what is a good meal choice and what is not.  We believe that although food should be a focus in any fitness program it should not dictate your fitness progress.  Keep it simple and the rest will follow.

Injuries or Concerns?
Over the years, and part of the ISSA certification process, Brian has learned how to modify many exercises and work around many injuries.  There is always another way.  If you have any concerns before or during your program at B-Fit, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Brian.  He does work a full-time day job, but he is always willing to lend an ear or offer some advice.
